Thai Style Peanut Sesame Dressing

This simple Thai style dressing is great for salads and grain bowls.

  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 0.5 Tbsp Mirin sweet rice wine
  • 1 Tbsp hoisin optional
  • 0.5-1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic


  • Mince the fresh garlic and ginger and add to a medium sized bowl
  • Add all other ingredients to the bowl, mix well with a fork or whisk.
  • Add to any salad or grain bowl and enjoy!
