what to expect from the newsletter

I was diagnosed with asthma, eczema, eosinophilic esophagitis, and finally I developed a (benign) tumor. That’s when I realized something had to change.

Now I’m on a journey to maximize my energy, sleep, and happiness, using food + lifestyle. And I want to help other people do that too. I have a goal of completely getting off of medication by staying hyper focused on my health.

About me

My name is Ezra. After being diagnosed with asthma, eczema, eosinophilic esophagitis, and developing a (benign) tumor, I realized something had to change. That something is my diet + lifestyle.

Now I’m on a journey to maximize my energy, sleep, and happiness, using food + lifestyle. And I want to help other people do that too. I have a huge goal of completely getting off of medication by staying hyper focused on my health.

This newsletter is a chance for me to share everything I’m learning to help others do the same.
