How I Lost 11Lbs In 30 Days [In A Healthy Way] Scared Pharmacy Nutrition

I'm so excited to be able to share this with you!   To help those who are watching the video, here are some notes from the video.   Steps I used to lose 10+ lbs in 30 days:   1. Give up sugar, gluten, and most dairy products. Giving up added sugars is a huge one that is also great for your health! I give some recommendations in the video on substitutes for sugar and the specific dairy products that are ok to eat.    2. Eat more fats, and fewer carbs (essentially using Keto principles). More of your diet should come from fats and proteins than carbs. Mind your carbs!   3. Reduce heavily processed food consumption! Big time! Eat whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, and stop eating pre-made meals, bars, etc.    4. Try intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting has a huge amount of benefits and one of them is definitely fat and weight loss.    5. Eat these foods! You gotta watch the video for this tip.
